Registration Details of UPCON 2015

  • It is advised that the candidates should visit conference for updates.
  • Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference.
  • Each participant must fill up separate registration form.
  • In case of students, the valid proof is required at the registration counter at the time of conference.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
  • If the author is registered as paper presenter in the conference then he/she can present another paper at the discount of 25% of the original registration fee under the respective category. This discount is applicable only for one additional paper to be presented by the same author.
  • If multiple authors of the same paper are attending the conference, then at least one of the author (preferably paper presenter) has to pay the full registration fee, whereas, rest of the authors can get 40% discount. Different registration forms are required for each author.
  • The registration fee will include full-board suitable accommodation, registration kit, soft conference proceedings and conference banquet.
  • Authors are required to send the Scanned copy of completed and duly signed registration form, Bank transaction receipt along with signed copyright form to the conference organizer by email or
  • The physical copies of the registration form, payment DD or Bank transaction receipt along with signed copyright form must be sent by Speed Post/Courier before the due date to the following address:
